Hello, I'm Denise Wasmer, a licensed psychotherapist in Florida with expertise in Evidence Based Therapy, and I'm here to support you.

By integrating techniques from ACT, and EMDR therapy, I focus on promoting self-awareness and providing swift relief from challenging symptoms.

My practice is enriched by my studies in Mindfulness, EMDR Therapy, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, specializing in helping women heal from anxiety, trauma, and depressive symptoms.
